  • In case of cancellation by Base Bus due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical issues or driver unavailability, passengers will be offered the choice between rescheduling their trip or receiving a full refund.
  • In the event that Base Bus cancels a trip and the passenger has already boarded the bus, they will be provided with transportation alternatives to their destination or a full refund.
  • Passengers must request cancellations or changes to their tickets by contacting Base Bus customer support or visiting one of their authorized ticketing agents.
  • Refunds will be processed within a specified time frame, typically within 7-14 business days, and will be issued using the original payment method.
  • It is important to note that any processing fees or booking fees charged by Base Bus during the ticket purchase are generally non-refundable.
