- If the traveler cancels the trip in advance and notifies Comati:
- More than 72 hours before the departure time, the traveler is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- Between 24 and 72 hours before the departure time, the traveler will receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price.
- Less than 24 hours before the departure time, no refund will be provided.
- If Comati cancels the trip:
- If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the departure time, the traveler is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the departure time, the traveler can choose between a full refund or rescheduling the trip for an alternative date/time.
- In case of trip disruption or delay caused by Comati:
- If the delay exceeds 2 hours, the traveler can choose between a full refund or rescheduling the trip for an alternative date/time.
- In case of force majeure events (e.g., severe weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters):
- If the trip is canceled by Comati due to force majeure, the traveler can choose between a full refund or rescheduling the trip for an alternative date/time.
- If the traveler misses the bus:
- No refund or rescheduling will be provided.

- The total weight of the luggage must not exceed 20 kilograms.
