Emex Express Bus Cancelation Policy
Reservation Changes: Passengers can make changes to their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellation Policy: Emex Express offers the following options for cancellations:
Standard Fare: If you have a standard fare ticket, cancellations can be made with the following conditions:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure: Full refund with a deduction of a small administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure: Refund amount will be 50% of the ticket price.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund.
Promotional Fare: If you have a promotional fare ticket, cancellations can be made with the following conditions:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund with a deduction of a small administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure: Refund amount will be 30% of the ticket price.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund.
No-Show Policy: If a passenger fails to board the bus without prior cancellation, there will be no refund issued.
Refund Process: Refunds can be processed by contacting Emex Express customer support with your booking details.
Exceptions: Emex Express may have special cancelation policies for certain routes or dates. It is recommended to check the specific terms and conditions during the booking process.

Allowed Luggage
Passengers are allowed to bring:
One piece of hand luggage not exceeding the dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
One checked bag, with a maximum weight of 20kg.
Extra Taxes on Luggage
No extra taxes are imposed on the allowed luggage.
Additional fees may apply for overweight or oversized baggage.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed inside the Emex Express:
Explosives, firearms, ammunition, and weapons
Flammable or hazardous materials
Perishable items
Illegal substances
Animals (except for certified service animals)
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on Emex Express buses in Poland, subject to certain conditions and restrictions.
Passengers are allowed to bring small domesticated animals as pets on the bus.
Accepted pets include dogs, cats, rabbits, and small caged birds.
Pets must be well-behaved, properly restrained, and kept inside appropriate carriers or crates during the journey.
The carrier or crate should be leak-proof and well-ventilated.
Pets must not exceed the maximum weight limit determined by the bus company.
Passengers are responsible for providing the necessary food, water, and comfort for their pets during the trip.
Pets should not cause any inconvenience or disturb other passengers.
Service animals accompanying passengers with disabilities are permitted without any additional charges.
Pets should not be left unattended on the bus at any time during the journey.
Emex Express reserves the right to refuse transportation to any pet that poses a safety risk or violates the pet policy.
Not allowed pets on the bus include reptiles, amphibians, rodents, exotic animals, and any other pets that may disrupt or endanger the passengers or the driver.
