• Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 30 days prior to their travel date.
• Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be provided to customers who cancel between 30 days and 14 days before their travel date. Please note, the other 50% is the cancellation fee.
• No Refund: No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the travel date. This is due to the fact that it is unlikely that the seat can be resold.
• Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (example: natural disasters, political unrest etc.) the company may offer alternatives or refunds, depending on the specific circumstances around each case.
• Company Cancellation: If the transportation service is cancelled by the company, a full refund will be offered. Alternatively, they can decide to reschedule your trip to another date twithout extra charge.
• Transferable Tickets: If a customer cannot travel, they can transfer their ticket to someone else. The procedure to transfer a ticket should be done at least 48 hours prior to the departure time. It’s also subject to a transfer fee.
• Ticket Change: Changes in travel dates or times can be done at least 72 hours before the departure. Any changes could be subjected to additional costs depending on their availability.

Luggage Policy:
