Omni Bus Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Time: You can cancel your Omni Bus ticket up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • Partially Used Tickets: If you have used a part of your ticket, you cannot cancel the remaining part.
  • Refund Process: All refunds for the cancelled tickets are made to the original method of payment.
  • Exceptions: If the company has to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions), they will offer an alternative travel option if available, or give a full refund.
  • No-Show: Tickets are deemed cancelled with no refunds if passengers do not show up atleast 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Service Charges: Any service fee or booking fees will not be refunded in case of a cancellation.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: There are certain promotional tickets that are non-refundable, you will not receive any refund if you cancel these tickets.

  • Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of hand luggage with them on the bus. It should be able to be stored in the overhead storage compartments or under the seat and should not exceed 5kg.
  • Passengers are provided with a free luggage allowance for up to two pieces of luggage, with each piece not exceeding 20kg in weight and dimensions not exceeding 170cm when adding width, length, and height.
