Cancellation Policy for PKS Przemyśl Bus Travel in Poland

  • If a passenger cancels their ticket at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, a full refund will be provided.
  • If a passenger cancels their ticket between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the ticket price will be charged.
  • If a passenger cancels their ticket less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, no refund will be issued.
  • If PKS Przemyśl cancels a bus service, passengers will be entitled to a full refund for their canceled tickets.
  • In case of unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather conditions or natural disasters, PKS Przemyśl may cancel or postpone a bus service. Passengers will be notified of such changes as early as possible, and they will be provided with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • If a passenger misses their bus due to personal reasons or arrives late at the departure point, no refund will be given.
  • Promotional or discounted tickets may have different cancellation rules, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
  • All cancellation requests should be made directly through PKS Przemyśl's customer service department by phone or email.

Luggage Policy on PKS Przemyśl

Allowed Luggage:

  • Passengers are allowed to bring a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage.
  • The sum of the three dimensions of each piece of luggage must not exceed 220 cm.
  • The weight of each piece of luggage must not exceed 30 kg.

Carry-On Luggage:

  • Passengers are allowed to bring 1 small piece of carry-on luggage.
  • The dimensions of the carry-on luggage must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 23 cm.
  • The weight of the carry-on luggage must not exceed 5 kg.

Prohibited Items:

  • Explosives, firearms, and other dangerous weapons.
  • Flammable, toxic, or corrosive substances.
  • Live animals and plants.
  • Valuables such as cash, jewelry, and important documents.

Extra Taxes on Luggage:

  • If the sum of the three dimensions of a piece of luggage exceeds 220 cm, an additional fee of 10 PLN per each exceeding centimeter applies.
  • If the weight of a piece of luggage exceeds 30 kg, an additional fee of 4 PLN per each exceeding kilogram applies.
