Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
Polbus Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund: If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, passengers are eligible for a full refund of their ticket price.
- Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours but before the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of 10% of the ticket price will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No Refund: If the cancellation is made after the scheduled departure time or if the passenger fails to show up for the journey, no refund will be given.
- Refund Process: Refunds can be requested through the Polbus website or by contacting their customer service. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the ticket purchase.
- Change of Travel Date/Time: While not considered a cancellation, passengers can change their travel date/time without incurring any fees if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original departure time. Changes requested within 24 hours of the departure time will be subject to availability and possible fees.

Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy on Polbus:
- Each passenger is allowed to check in up to 2 pieces of luggage.
- The total weight of all checked-in luggage must not exceed 30 kilograms.
- The dimensions of each piece of luggage must not exceed 80cm x 50cm x 30cm.
- Passengers are also allowed to bring one small carry-on bag.
- The carry-on bag must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front.
- The maximum weight of the carry-on bag should not exceed 7 kilograms.
- Extra Taxes on Luggage:
- There are no extra taxes imposed on luggage within the specified limits.
- If the weight or dimensions of the luggage exceed the allowed limits, additional fees may apply.
- Allowable Items:
- Passengers are allowed to bring personal belongings such as clothing, shoes, toiletries, etc.
- Small electronic devices, such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, are allowed.
- Certain fragile items, such as cameras or musical instruments, may be allowed but should be properly packed.
- Restricted Items:
- Explosives, flammable materials, and weapons are strictly prohibited.
- Illegal substances or any items that violate the law are not allowed.
- Live animals (except service animals) are not permitted on the bus.
- Hazardous materials, like corrosive or toxic substances, are not allowed.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed on Polbus, however, certain terms and conditions apply.
- Only small domestic pets are allowed onboard the bus.
- Pets must be kept inside secure and approved pet carriers throughout the journey.
- Pets and carriers must not block the aisle or disturb other passengers.
- Passengers are responsible for the well-being and behavior of their pets during the trip.
- Pet owners must ensure that their pets do not cause any inconvenience or discomfort to other passengers.
- Pets must not create any unsanitary conditions inside the bus.
- Pets with aggressive or disruptive behavior are not allowed.
- Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
- Pets must have all necessary health and vaccination certificates as required by Polish law.
- It is recommended to inform Polbus in advance if you plan to travel with a pet.
