Cancellation Policy – Prijevoz Francuzevic

• Full Refund:
• Passengers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during the booking.
• Partial Refund:
• If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the departure, passengers will receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
• The refund will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be used for future bookings.
• No Refund:
• No refund will be given for cancellations made after the scheduled departure time.
• In case of no-show, where passengers fail to board the bus without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
• Change of Travel Date/Time:
• Passengers can change their travel date or time at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the original departure.
• If the change request is made within 24 hours of the departure, a fee of 10% of the ticket price will apply.
• Failure to Board:
• If passengers miss their scheduled bus and fail to notify the company in advance, they will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

• Passengers are allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage free of charge.
• The total weight of the luggage must not exceed 30 kilograms.
• Each piece of luggage should not exceed the dimensions of 80cm x 50cm x 40cm.
• Extra charges may apply for additional or oversized luggage.

Extra Taxes on Luggage:

• No extra taxes are imposed on the standard luggage policy mentioned above.

• Regular suitcases and bags
• Backpacks and handbags

Prohibited Items:

• Explosives, flammable substances, and fireworks
• Weapons or any item that can be used as a weapon
• Illegal drugs or any other illegal substances
• Live animals or any other living organisms
• Perishable or fragile items that may be easily damaged

• Pets are generally allowed on Prijevoz Francuzevic buses, subject to certain conditions and restrictions.
• Passengers are allowed to bring small pets onboard the bus.
• Small pets include dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds.
• The maximum weight allowance for pets is 7kg (15 pounds).
• All pets must be kept in a secure and well-ventilated pet carrier that fits under the passenger's seat.
• The pet carrier must not exceed the dimensions of 45cm x 35cm x 25cm (18in x 14in x 10in).
• Pets must remain inside the carrier at all times during the journey.
• Pets must not cause any disturbance to other passengers, such as excessive noise or discomfort.
• Passengers must ensure that their pets are clean, healthy, and properly vaccinated.
• Passengers are responsible for the safety and well-being of their pets throughout the journey.
• It is not allowed to bring large pets, such as large dogs, on the bus.
• Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited.
• Pets with offensive odors or those that may cause allergies to other passengers are not allowed.
• The driver and the bus company reserve the right to refuse any pet that does not comply with the established pet policy.
