Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund will be given if the ticket is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 50% refund will be provided if the ticket is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- If the bus operator cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons, a full refund will be issued to the passenger.
- If the passenger misses the bus or fails to show up at the designated pickup point, no refund will be given.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is processed.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy:
- Passengers are allowed to bring up to two pieces of luggage.
- The total weight of luggage must not exceed 30 kilograms.
- Each piece of luggage must not exceed the dimensions of 80cm x 50cm x 30cm.
- Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their own luggage.
- Luggage must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Extra Taxes on Luggage:
- No extra taxes are imposed on regular luggage within the weight and size limits.
- Any overweight or oversized luggage may be subject to additional charges.
- Specific charges for excess weight or size can be obtained from the San Bus customer service.
- Allowed Items to Bring:
- Clothing and personal belongings.
- Small electronic devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones) within carry-on luggage.
- Sports equipment (properly packed) within the weight and size limits.
- Prohibited Items:
- Explosives, flammable substances, and hazardous materials.
- Weapons or any objects that can cause harm to passengers.
- Live animals (except for registered service animals).
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Dogs and cats are allowed on San Bus as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Pets must be clean, well-behaved, and kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
- Pets must not pose any harm or discomfort to other passengers.
- Pets should not occupy a seat or obstruct the aisle.
- Restricted breeds and aggressive animals are not permitted on the bus.
- Pets are not allowed in the passenger area if they are:
- Unvaccinated
- Sick or showing signs of illness
- Bloody or in heat
- Passengers travelling with pets are responsible for:
- Ensuring proper care and handling of the pet at all times.
- Keeping the pet clean and odor-free.
- Preventing any damage caused by the pet.
- San Bus reserves the right to refuse travel to any passenger with a pet that does not meet the requirements or poses a threat to the safety and comfort of other passengers.
