  • In Case of Full Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your entire journey, Witchway allows you to do so. However, it should be noted that the company will not issue any refunds for the ticket cost in such a case unless it is due to extreme circumstances such as a pandemic or other such emergency situations.   • Partial Cancellation: In case you decide to cancel a part of your journey, you will not be entitled to any refund for the unused part of the journey. The tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be used for any other journey than the one mentioned on it.

  • Booking Through Third-party: If you booked your ticket through a third-party website or app, the cancellation policy of that particular platform will apply to your booking.
  • Amendment: If you wish to amend your journey, you may be able to do so depending on the availability of seats. However, any difference in the fare will have to be borne by you, and no refunds will be made in case the amended journey is cheaper than the initial one.
