Flexible Cancellations

  • If you purchased a ticket on Cityzap but are unable to take the journey, you can cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the departure time of the service.
  • If you cancel 24 hours or earlier before the departure time, you will get a full refund of your ticket.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the departure time, you will receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price.
  • If you cancel after the departure time, you will not receive a refund.
  • If you do not show up for your journey, you will not receive a refund.

Smooth Luggage

  • Passengers on Cityzap are allowed to bring two pieces of luggage with a combined weight of no more than 20kg.
  • Additional luggage can be added for a fee of £5 per item.
  • Only one piece of hand baggage is allowed per passenger, with a maximum weight of 8kg.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring any dangerous items, such as weapons, sharp objects, flammable items, explosives, or toxic substances.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring any items which could be considered offensive or insulting, or items which could cause harm to other passengers.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring any items which are prohibited by law, such as illegal drugs.

  • Animals that are not allowed on board include any animal that is not fully domesticated, such as an exotic pet or wild animal.
